Cologix’s ASH1 Scalelogix data center is a three-story, 455,000-square-foot facility with 120 MW of power. It is designed and purpose-built for hyperscalers’ massive capacity and edge traffic demands from the ground up. This state-of-the-art facility went into service in May 2023.
What participants will see on the tour: Attendees will tour these key areas: Common Space’ Power Distribution – Active, Distributed Redundancy, Modular Electrical Room (MER), Switch Gear / UPS 1.5MW, Generators 2.25MW, Mechanical Gallery – Active, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Fan Walls (FWUs), Closed-Loop Cooling System, N+4 Redundancy, Air-Cooled Chillers – Roof access may be limited due to Construction activities, Active Construction of a Data Hall & Mechanical Gallery – Access will depend on Construction activities.

What participants will see on the tour: Participants will tour one of NTT's showcase data centers, following the same route designed for clients and prospects. Along the way, they'll experience advanced security features, a shared multi-tenant data hall, the mechanical/electrical gallery, the MMR, the generator yard, and the newly implemented package tracking system in shipping and receiving.
Sabey Data Center - Ashburn

Sabey Ashburn Data Center is a 38-acre data center campus residing in the heart of the nation’s densest connectivity corridor. Located in Ashburn, VA in Loudoun County (commonly referred to as Data Center Alley), the campus is less than an hour drive to Washington, D.C. Two of three buildings are now completed and leasing collocation and powered shell data center space, offering tenants over 36 MW of power and access to multiple connectivity options.
