Roshan Shah is Co-Founder and CEO of Decimal Digital, an AI infrastructure development company focused on the development of next-generation AI data center campuses across North America. He leads the company's power strategy, site selection, capital formation, development, and stakeholder engagement, with direct experience navigating utility coordination, permitting, regulatory approvals, and community engagement that ultimately determine whether large-scale AI infrastructure projects move from announcement to energized capacity.
Over the course of his career, Roshan has structured more than $11 billion in complex real estate and infrastructure transactions globally. He is also President of Hamilton Road Capital, a private investment firm focused on digital infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, and commercial real estate.
Prior to founding Decimal Digital, Roshan spent sixteen years at CBRE, where he became the youngest Senior Vice President in the firm's global history, before joining Avison Young as an equity owner and Principal. During his institutional real estate career, he played a key role in Google's landmark $1.8 billion acquisition of 111 Eighth Avenue in New York City—one of the defining digital infrastructure real estate transactions in the United States and home to one of the East Coast's most significant carrier hotel facilities.
