Asser Elsamahy, P.E. is VP of Engineering at ON.energy, a multinational energy-technology company deploying gigawatts of energy storage and UPS for AI data centers and critical infrastructure, where he leads the engineering organization executing the company's growing gigawatt-scale project portfolio. Prior to ON.energy, he held progressive leadership roles at Fluence Energy spanning project delivery and sales engineering, where his teams contracted over $3 billion in projects and delivered more than 14 GWh of energy storage capacity globally, including some of the largest energy storage installations in the world at the time. He began his career as an Electrical Engineer at Bechtel Corporation on large-scale government, telecommunications, and energy infrastructure projects. Asser holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
