As Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Li Tong Group (LTG), Linda Li has been instrumental in shaping the company’s global leadership in closed-loop recovery and sustainable lifecycle management for high-tech products. She pioneered LTG’s transformational recovery solutions for mobile devices and helped establish early carbon footprint savings frameworks to measure the recycle-rebirth effectiveness of complex technology portfolios. Under her leadership, LTG has become a trusted authority for OEMs implementing post-industrial recovery and post-consumer trade-in and recycling on a single global platform. Li has received multiple industry honors, including Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2015 Green Supply Chain Award, and leads LTG’s M&A strategy and capital market roadmap. Previously, she held senior roles at Fortune 100 electronics manufacturers as well as in consulting and private equity. Her experience advising defense OEMs such as Boeing and Rolls-Royce strengthened her expertise across the full product lifecycle. She is widely recognized for her work in green supply chain management, specializing in cradle-to-cradle and design-for-recycle programs. Li holds a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT and the University of Zaragoza, and a B.A.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
