Jason Agee is a seasoned technology and infrastructure leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning data center engineering, critical power and cooling systems, and large-scale operational strategy. He serves as the Director of Data Center Solutions & Architecture at Delta Electronics, leading global initiatives in high-density AI cooling, HVDC power distribution, microgrid technologies, and quantum-ready facility design. Before Delta, Jason spent years at Amazon, driving engineering and modernization programs across thousands of sites worldwide. His leadership spanned lifecycle strategy, data center modernization, infrastructure standards, global sustainability initiatives, and the development of integrated DCIM, monitoring, and automation frameworks. He has a reputation of a trusted technical advisor and strategic problem-solver, with the ability to solve complex reliability, cooling, and power challenges. Throughout his career, Jason held roles in network engineering, systems engineering, mechanical and electrical infrastructure design, enterprise-IT, software development leadership, and technical program management. He is a strong advocate for BICSI 002-2024 as the foundational standard for modern data centers and applies a multidisciplinary engineering approach to future-proof facility design. Jason’s current work focuses on the convergence of AI thermal demands, microgrid power resilience, and quantum computing integration—helping organizations prepare for the most disruptive era in data center history.
