Ms. Russell joined NTIA’s Office of Policy Analysis and Development in November 2020. Known for her expertise in countering transnational organized crime and strengthening supply chain security, Maureen leads NTIA’s policy development in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, foreign investment risk, standards development, information sharing, and data security risks. Prior, Ms. Russell spent over a decade as a national security consultant, supporting senior leaders within the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and State.
