As the Senior Operations Manager for the Global DE&C team, my responsibilities encompass overseeing internal operations, processes, procedures, and governance. A significant aspect of my role involves collaborating with international leaders to facilitate ongoing enhancements, foster team engagement, and encourage collaborative efforts. Moreover, I assume the pivotal role of being the Global lead for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. In this capacity, I provide guidance for 5 ERGs, philanthropy programs, and initiatives designed to bolster employee engagement across all DEI activities. Additionally, I work closely with the global talent acquisition team to elevate employee awareness of DEI Council activities, particularly targeting new hires.
